Smartlead warmup

Watch Smartlead warmup signals without living in two dashboards.

GTM Inboxes can sync Smartlead warmup statistics, track the provider JWT some workflows need, and alert before that JWT expires — with automation surfaces gated until a deployment enables them.

Warmup stats are a Smartlead-specific surface

Among GTM's supported sequencers, only Smartlead exposes a warmup statistics API that GTM syncs. The sync job is cost-profile gated: deployments running the default profile keep it dormant and log the skip honestly instead of fabricating warmup data.

  • Synced fields include daily sent count, total sent, spam count, and warmup status.
  • Sync cadence is a background job, not a live proxy of the Smartlead dashboard.
  • Dormant deployments report the job as disabled rather than showing stale numbers as fresh.

JWT storage is encrypted and expiry-monitored

Some Smartlead operations require a session JWT in addition to the API key. GTM stores it encrypted, exposes only expiry metadata — never the token — and emits expiring and expired alerts so operators rotate it before dependent workflows stop.

Unblock automation is explicitly gated

Smartlead warmup accounts can hit provider-side blocks that the public stats API does not reveal. GTM's detection and one-time-passcode unblock flow exists for that case, but it runs only on deployments that enable the automation tier, tracks attempts with cooldowns, and alerts when attempts are exhausted instead of retrying forever.
